Welcome to IEEE ICIRT 2025 – The International Conference on Intelligent Rail Transportation. Below is the complete guide for conference registration, fees, paper submission, and policies.

Registration Instructions
To register for the conference, please follow these instructions:
- If you already have an ITS PaperCept PIN and password, you can use the same information to login and register.
- If you do not have an ITS PaperCept PIN or have forgotten your password, follow the below link to request a new PIN or update your personal contact information: https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl
- After signing in, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Register now” to start the registration process.
- If you have already registered for the conference and need to print a receipt or confirmation email, click on your name in the menu bar (far right) and select “My transactions.”

- The banquet is included in all registration categories.
Paper Registration Policy
- All paper submissions must be made through ITS PaperCept: https://its.papercept.net
- All papers must be in English and adhere to the IEEE double-column format (PDF, max 6MB);
- Standard length is 6 pages, with up to 2 additional pages allowed for a fee;
- At least one author must register with a full (non-student) registration to upload the paper.
Conference Registration Policy
- Each accepted paper (no matter if it will be presented at a regular or invited session) requires at least one full non-student registration for uploading the paper and having it included in the conference proceedings.
- A full non-student registration covers only one accepted paper.
- Additional papers by the same author can be covered by the same full non-student registration, at a flat rate of USD $225 / CNY ¥1600 additional paper.
- All registration modes include access to all the technical sessions of the conference, including tutorials and workshops.
- On-site registration will be possible with a supplementary fee of USD $25/ CNY ¥200.
Additional Fees
- Extra Paper Upload: Each full registration covers one accepted paper. An additional paper incurs USD $225 / CNY ¥1600 per paper.
- Extra Pages: Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, charged at USD $100 / CNY ¥750 per page. Please first complete the final submission in your author workspace before paying extra fees.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, email ieee_icirt@163.com with your name, payment amount, and reason for cancellation.
- Full refund minus USD $30 / CNY ¥200 handling fee before September 10, 2025.
- No refunds will be granted after September 11, 2025.
- Paper registration fees are non-refundable once the final paper is uploaded to the system.
- Visa denials are not considered valid reasons for refund.
