2026 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Rail Transportation (IEEE ICIRT 2026) will be held on November 28-29, 2026 in Changsha, Hunan, China. The conference is sponsored by the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society, Central South University, Beijing Jiaotong University, and it is organized by Central South University. The theme of IEEE ICIRT 2026 is “AI for Rail Transportation“. Experts will be invited to give frontier lectures, make speeches in group and discuss ideas freely. The aim is to provide an open platform for the scholars in the technologies, theories and engineering applications of rail transportation to carry out academic exchanges.
Complete manuscripts must be submitted through PaperCept Conference Management System (https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl). Manuscripts should be at 6 pages in the IEEE two-column format including figures, tables, and references. (over 6 pages, $100 per additional page, at most 8 pages)
