IEEE ICIRT is a forum for scientists and engineers working in academia, industry and government to present their latest research findings and engineering experiences in application of “New Technologies to Improve Railway Capacity, Carbon emission, Cost and Customer satisfaction”. Research papers and workshop proposals are invited on, but are not limited to, the following topics: Traffic management and train control System modelling and simulation System optimization Transportation planning and timetabling Condition monitoring RAMS Non-destructive testing Data modelling and integration Communication technology Railway infrastructure Intelligent rail transport Energy modelling and management Vehicle dynamics and control Capacity analysis Human factors System automation.

Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
